Sex Pistols Make Chaotic Live Return courtesy of NME.com Fri Oct 26, 8:00 AM ET The Sex Pistols returned to live action for the first time in four years last night (October 25). The legendary punk band, who are set to return for a set of gigs around the U.K., performed at the 200-capacity Roxy Club in Los Angeles. The set was typically raucous, with frontman John Lydon at one point forgetting the words to opener "Holiday In The Sun" and being hit by a drink thrown from the crowd. According to Reuters, the singer then threatened to kill the fan who had thrown the drink at him if he could find him, branding him a "coward." The Sex Pistols will hit the U.K. at the start of November for the following dates: London - Brixton Academy (8, 9, 10, 12, 14) Manchester - MEN Arena (17) Glasgow - SECC (18) For more on the Sex Pistols, check out their NME.com page. |
