I applaud Florida Showtime for bringing all the wonderfully creative and talented people of Florida together all on one website. I have yet to find another site that could possibly rival the "All the information you could ever need" buffet that you provide. While other sites charge for services like Casting Call Announcements and site memberships, you are extending them to us for free. And the information one can find is always current, up-to-date, and informative. Starving artists in the industry of entertainment would be a rare breed indeed if there were more people out there that would ask so little and give as much to it's members as you have given us. | Hello. My name is Mark Lomey. In today's world of the internet
you have to be cautious of money making scam sites. This is especially
true
of entertainment oriented sites for actors and models. I am proud and
happy to
have finally found a site that offers real promotion for talent. I
submitted
my headshot/resume for consideration for an upcoming project. Although
Floridashowtime.com didn't select me for that specific project, they told
me they
liked my look and would keep my headshot/resume link on file for future
consideration. They also automatically put me on their FREE e-mail list
for casting
calls. A lot of other sites would not do this. There is also a message
board
where actors can have healthy discussions with each other and free advice
from industry professionals. Their talent profile list is broken down into
specific categories instead of just the usual "ACTOR/MODEL" heading found
on other
sites. All of these things tell me, as an actor, that FloridaShowtime.com
are
not only industry professionals but that they truly care about and want to
help people fulfill their dreams. |
